Conquer and Prevent Eating Disorders and/or Disordered Eating Behaviour
I'm a Registered Dietitian specialized in helping people overcome and prevent eating disorders such as anorexia, bulimia, and binge eating, as well as disordered eating behaviours such as eating to deal with difficult emotions or only eating certain foods. I can help you change the way you perceive food and develop a positive relationship with eating and activity, free from worry and guilt. If you or your loved one struggles with an eating disorder or disordered eating behaviours, you should know I believe you can recover and enjoy a healthy relationship with food.
Nutrition Counselling
I provide nutrition counselling promoting a mindful and intuitive approach to eating. Challenging weight myths, I respect the inherent diversity of body shape & size and offer a weight inclusive/weight neutral approach to nutrition counselling, endorsing health is achievable for all. I can help you develop a healthy eating pattern, and an enjoyable relationship with food free of guilt and worry. Through nutrition counselling I also promote a healthy relationship with activity and/or if your nutrition goals include exploring new foods and increasing the variety of foods you enjoy, I can help you on your journey.
